Refund Policy


If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided: 

  • The items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains);
  • Earrings are non-returnable items.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken.
  •  Sets of two-part items such as bikinis or suit sets of any kind must be returned as a complete set.
  • Shoes can only be returned if they have not been worn and show no signs of wear. Shoes must be returned within 14 days in their original boxes. If Shoes are received after the 14 day period, no refund will be given and they will be sent back to the delivery address on the order.
  • The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.
Due to recent abuse of the returns system, please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked or stained with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes or body odours.
Any items that our quality check team deem as unreturnable will be sent back to the address used at the purchase of the item(s) within 14 days.
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items. Please note a deduction of €4.95 will be taken from the final amount of your refund for your return.

We’re really sorry you’ve received a faulty item. If the item has a visible fault on receipt, please contact us at with details of the fault before making a return, so we can advise you what action to take.
